Terms & Conditions

1. General

These terms govern all sales by YOUR COMPANY. By requesting a quote or placing an order you accept these terms. Individual quotations may contain additional or different conditions, which prevail where stated.

2. Quotations & prices

Quotations are valid for the period stated (default 14 days). Prices shown on this website are indicative and may change; the final price in the written quotation prevails. Prices do not include import duties or local taxes unless stated.

3. Orders & payment

Orders are confirmed after written acceptance and, where applicable, receipt of payment or confirmed credit terms. Payment methods: bank transfer (T/T), letter of credit, or other methods agreed in the quotation.

4. Delivery

Lead times are estimates based on stock availability and carrier performance. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs or force majeure. Risk passes to the buyer according to the agreed Incoterm.

5. Warranty

New products carry a 12-month warranty from delivery against manufacturing defects, unless otherwise stated in the quotation. Legacy/refurbished parts carry warranty as stated per order. Warranty excludes misuse, unauthorized modification and normal wear.

6. Returns

Returns require prior written approval. Restocking fees may apply for non-defective returns. Defective products are repaired or replaced at our discretion.

7. Trademarks

SIEMENS® and all Siemens product names are trademarks of Siemens AG. YOUR COMPANY is an independent distributor and is not affiliated with or sponsored by Siemens AG. Product names and order numbers are used for identification only.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the seller's jurisdiction. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the seller's registered place of business.
